Coming from North or West:
Directions to Girton Recreation Ground (Home Ground of Rangers)
Cambridge Road, Girton, Cambridge CB3 0FH
From the A14 (coming from the east) take the slip road B1049 turning left onto Histon Road, staying in the right hand lanes, following signs for the city centre.
While on Histon Road you will pass a speed camera (on the right), a set of lights at an intersection (continue straight), and you will pass a motorcycle shop (left). Continue straight until you come to a major intersection/junction next to a derelict garage (now a hand car wash) on your right. Stay in the right hand lane and turn right which brings you to another set of lights, and then turn right again (signs to Huntingdon - this is Huntingdon Road). [You basically want to keep the hand car wash place on your right at all times until you pass it.]
Once you are on Huntingdon Road (passing the car wash place on your right) continue straight ahead along Huntingdon Road for a few miles.
You should pass the Travellers Rest pub (on your left) and a petrol station (on your right). The turn for Girton is shortly after the petrol station on the right. Head into Girton and continue straight until you come to a church (on your right) where the recreation ground is located. You will see a Pavilion, in which the changing rooms and facilities are located.
